From custom websites and customer acquisition to internal software, artificial intelligence, and automated operations, FXXK Agency designs and builds the connected systems businesses need to grow.
Conceptual flow of one connected infrastructure. Scope varies by business.
The big picture
We don’t fix one piece of your business. We reengineer how the pieces work together.
Buying a marketing service and investing in a complete digital transformation are different decisions. A conventional agency might improve a website or manage advertisements, and that can be worth doing.
FXXK Agency starts further back. We examine how the business actually functions: the systems used to attract leads, convert prospects, serve customers, process orders, manage teams, track information, and make decisions.
Then we architect and build a connected infrastructure that addresses those needs. The goal is less fragmentation and a more efficient foundation for growth, with every component also available on its own when that is the right scope.
In the founder’s words
“I build full stack marketing, software, and AI system overhauls for businesses.”
Select a system to see what it does, what we build, how it connects to the others, and the problems it addresses. These are not six disconnected services; they are components of one plan.

System 01 of 06
Website & Digital Infrastructure
What it does
The public front door: it explains the business, captures demand, and feeds every other system.
What we build
Custom website or web application
Landing pages and conversion paths
Ecommerce, booking, or quote request flows
Customer portals and lead capture
Hosting, performance, and tracking
How it connects
Forms, orders, and bookings flow into the CRM or operations portal. Search, ads, and content all land here.
Problems it addresses
A site that does not explain the offer or the next step
Expertise that must be easy to evaluate, with intake and records handled carefully.
Potential systems
Professional website
Lead intake and scheduling
Marketing infrastructure
Internal workflow tools
Reporting dashboards
Appropriate integrations
Healthcare work is scoped around the privacy, security, and regulatory requirements that apply to the practice. We do not claim compliance certifications; those obligations are confirmed during discovery.
Not another agency. Your technology and growth partner.
Plenty of good providers do one of these things well. The difference is doing the software, the automation, and the marketing as one connected roadmap, with one team accountable for how they fit.
A vendor by vendor setup
Separate vendors for the website, ads, search, and software
Disconnected tools that each hold part of the picture
Limited visibility into operations
Marketing without software integration
Fragmented accountability when something breaks
The FXXK model
One unified technical roadmap
Custom software development in house
Marketing systems connected to the software
AI and workflow automation inside real processes
Integrated operations infrastructure
Ongoing optimization as one agreed scope
Our process
A structured delivery timeline.
Five phases, each with a defined output and a decision point before the next one begins.
Phase 1
Business discovery
We evaluate business operations, digital infrastructure, acquisition channels, software, workflows, and growth objectives, with the people who do the work.
What you get
A clear picture of what exists, what is broken, and what matters most.
Phase 2
Systems architecture
We define the transformation roadmap: priorities, integrations, technical architecture, phases, responsibilities, and scope.
What you get
A roadmap and a first phase scope you can approve.
Phase 3
Design and development
We build and integrate the approved websites, software, dashboards, automation, and digital systems, with reviews at agreed points.
What you get
Working systems, tested against real scenarios.
Phase 4
Deployment and training
We launch the systems, complete testing, support onboarding, and train the employees who will use them.
What you get
Live infrastructure and a team that knows how to run it.
Phase 5
Continuous optimization
We provide ongoing optimization and expansion according to the agreed service scope, as the business and its priorities change.
What you get
Measured improvements and the next phase, when it earns its place.
Pieces of the system, already running for real businesses.
Three published engagements, each showing the challenge, the systems built, the pillars involved, and what the owner reports. None includes every pillar.
Outcomes are owner reported, not independently audited, and not attributed to a single channel.
Who this is for
Built for businesses ready to operate differently.
Engagements range from a focused first phase to a multi phase rebuild. Ambitious small and mid sized companies are as welcome as established ones; the common thread is a business with more than one moving part.
Companies relying on multiple disconnected systems
Businesses struggling with repetitive administrative work
Owners who need custom technology, not another template
Companies expanding locations or teams
Businesses ready to modernize their digital infrastructure
Established companies investing in scalable growth
Executives looking for a single partner across software and marketing
Business overhaul FAQ
The questions owners ask before they commit.
What is a full business overhaul?
A full business overhaul is a planned rebuild of the systems a company uses to attract customers, convert them, deliver the work, and see what is happening. FXXK Agency audits how the business runs today, designs a connected infrastructure across the website, search visibility, acquisition, content, operations software, and AI automation, then builds it in agreed phases.
How is FXXK Agency different from a traditional marketing agency?
A typical marketing engagement improves one channel, such as the website or ad campaigns. FXXK also designs and builds the software and automation behind the sale: custom operations portals, CRMs, workflow tools, and AI assistants. The marketing systems and the operational systems are planned by one team, so information moves between them instead of being retyped.
Can you build custom software for my business?
Yes. We build custom operations portals, internal dashboards, CRMs, order, job, and production tracking, scheduling, and reporting tools around how a team actually works. JV Design MFG and Serpent Drain each run a custom mobile and web operations portal built by FXXK. Every build is scoped to one business; no feature is included by default.
Can you integrate with our existing software?
Often, yes. During discovery we review the platforms you already use, their interfaces, permissions, data quality, and costs, then decide what to keep, connect, or replace. Integrations are designed and tested within the agreed scope rather than assumed.
Do we need to replace our entire website?
Not always. If the current site has a sound foundation, the roadmap may call for focused improvements, new landing pages, or connecting it to the CRM and operations portal. A rebuild is recommended when the platform, structure, or performance cannot support what the business needs next.
Can you manage our marketing after development?
Yes. Ongoing search visibility, advertising, content production, and fractional CMO leadership are available as a continuing scope after the infrastructure is built, with responsibilities and review cadence agreed in writing.
Does every business need all six services?
No. The audit decides which systems matter now and which can wait. Some businesses start with a website and an operations portal; others start with acquisition and tracking. Each pillar is also available as an individual service, and the roadmap phases the rest if and when it earns its place.
Can AI automate our internal processes?
Some of them. AI and automation work well for repetitive, rule based steps with consistent inputs: qualifying and routing leads, drafting follow ups, extracting data from documents, answering common questions from approved information, and producing reports. People review AI output wherever it affects customers, money, or commitments.
What does the implementation process look like?
Five phases: business discovery, systems architecture, design and development, deployment and training, and continuous optimization. Each phase ends with something that works and a decision about the next one, so the business sees useful results early instead of waiting for a single launch.
How is an overhaul priced?
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, integration requirements, content production, and the ongoing services included. There is no fixed package price. The consultation form asks for an estimated investment range so the first conversation can be realistic; a smaller range can still fit an individual service or a phased engagement. Advertising spend, AI usage, hosting, and third party subscriptions are separate costs that the roadmap identifies.
Do you work with businesses outside Chicago?
Yes. Our primary markets are Chicago and Chicagoland, New Jersey, and New York City, and much of the work happens remotely. Businesses elsewhere can get in touch; in person work is planned around the project where the scope calls for it.
