Privacy policy

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, business or project name, and message, plus optional phone, website, and service interest. A submission reference, timestamp, and page source help us handle the inquiry. We use this information to understand and respond to your project.

When you apply for the Website Grant, we collect the contact, location, social profile, business, and pitch information you submit, along with your application confirmations and separate optional marketing consent. We use this information to review applications, select five projects, and contact applicants where appropriate.

A Website Grant submission also records a submission ID and timestamp, campaign parameters such as UTM tags when present, the referring page, the application page source, and a broad device category. This helps us understand where applications came from and troubleshoot the form without storing a raw browser user-agent string or using that information to build an advertising profile.

When you book a call, scheduling runs through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time) under its own privacy policy.

If you're a client with portal access, we store your account details (name, email, and optionally a profile photo) and the project information needed to run your engagement — files, tasks, approvals, reports, and messages.

The site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) so we can measure which visits and actions — like booking a call or sending the form — came from our advertising, and show relevant ads to people who visited. How that works, and your choices, are in the next section.

Client portal data uses Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Contact inquiries are sent through FormSubmit to lucas@fxxkagency.com. FormSubmit processes the contact details and message to deliver the email and keeps a private submission archive for 30 days. Inquiries are also retained in our agency inbox, and a copy may be saved in our private Supabase inquiry table when available. A form confirmation means the email provider accepted the inquiry, not that the email has been read. Portal logins use browser session storage, and optional Google sign-in is governed by Google's terms.

Website Grant applications are sent through FormSubmit to lucas@fxxkagency.com. FormSubmit processes the submitted information to deliver the email and retains a private submission archive for 30 days. Applications are also retained in our agency inbox for review; they are not published through the website. FormSubmit receives normal request information needed to operate its service under its own privacy policy.

The Website Grant form may save an unfinished draft in local storage on your own device so a long application is not lost if you leave or refresh the page. That draft stays in your browser, can be removed by clearing site data, and is cleared after a successful submission. We also keep up to 20 submission references on that device to help prevent accidental repeat submissions; these references contain no application content.

The booking calendar embedded on this site is loaded from Calendly and may set its own cookies when it loads; we load it only as you scroll to it. Site fonts are self-hosted by FXXK Agency and do not require a browser request to Google Fonts.

The Meta Pixel sets cookies and shares visit and event data with Meta Platforms — pages viewed and actions taken, such as clicking a booking button or submitting a form, but never the content of your messages or Website Grant application. Meta processes that data under its own privacy policy. You can limit it through your Facebook ad preferences, your browser's cookie controls, or a content blocker; the site works either way.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf.

We keep inquiry messages and Website Grant applications for as long as they're useful to the conversations and selection process they started, and client data for the duration of the engagement plus whatever bookkeeping the law expects of us.

Marketing consent on the Website Grant form is optional, separate from the application confirmations, and not pre-checked. You can submit an application without agreeing to marketing messages.
