Privacy policy

How information moves through this website — plainly stated. The short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to reply and to serve clients, we don't sell it, and we don't currently run any advertising trackers here.

Privacy policy details

01

What we collect, and why

When you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it — your name, email, and message, plus business name, phone, website, and service interest if you provide them. We use it for one thing: understanding your inquiry and replying to you.

When you book a call, scheduling runs through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there (name, email, chosen time) under its own privacy policy.

If you're a client with portal access, we store your account details (name, email, and optionally a profile photo) and the project information needed to run your engagement — files, tasks, approvals, reports, and messages.

We don't run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website today. If that changes, this policy changes with it — visibly.

02

Where it lives, and who else touches it

Contact-form submissions and client-portal data are stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider. Portal logins use secure session storage in your browser; Google sign-in is available as an option and is governed by Google's own terms.

The booking calendar embedded on this site is loaded from Calendly and may set its own cookies when it loads; we load it only as you scroll to it. Site fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf.

03

Your choices and how long we keep things

We keep inquiry messages for as long as they're useful to the conversation they started, and client data for the duration of the engagement plus whatever bookkeeping the law expects of us.

Want something corrected or deleted? Email us and we'll handle it. No forms, no runaround.
