What each $12K website includes
A custom website. A useful foundation.
Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and other builders can all be useful tools. The difference is not the logo on the editor. It is the thinking, structure, implementation, and accountability behind what gets built.
A serious website should explain the company, answer real buying questions, create a path to action, load quickly, measure what happens, and give search systems enough context to understand the business.
01
Strategy before screens
Business and market research, UX planning, content architecture, search-intent mapping, and a clear job for every page before visual design begins.
Purpose-built pages—not a generic template
Service and customer journey architecture
Content shaped around real search behavior
Internal linking planned as a system
02
Custom interface + performance
A responsive interface designed around the business, with custom-coded components where they make sense and semantic HTML underneath the surface.
Fast mobile performance and image optimization
Accessible, semantic page structure
Conversion-focused layouts and clear calls to action
Lead and contact forms that actually work
03
Search infrastructure
The technical and on-page work that helps search engines crawl, interpret, connect, and present the company’s information accurately.
Metadata, Open Graph, canonicals, sitemap, and robots.txt
Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQ schema where valid
Local SEO and city/service-area architecture where strategic
Search Console and analytics readiness
04
Measurement + machine clarity
A site built to create action and explain the business clearly to both people and machines—without pretending there is a magic AI-ranking switch.
Analytics implementation and call-tracking preparation where relevant
Lead-generation paths and conversion optimization
Entity clarity across services, locations, credentials, and FAQs
Machine-readable information for AI-assisted discovery
Modern discovery
Your Website Should Be Discoverable Even When Nobody Knows Your Name Yet.
People do not only type a company name into Google. They describe a need, a location, a problem, or a product—and increasingly they ask an AI-assisted search experience for the answer.
Questions customers already ask
“Who is the best bakery near me?”
“Who can unclog my sewer line near me?”
“Who builds residential elevators?”
“Who provides this service in my area?”

Google isn’t the only search bar anymore
Search engines and AI systems need context.
AI assisted SEO means using AI to help research, build, audit, and improve a website, with human direction and checks for accuracy and usefulness.
Visibility through AI search is a different job: making useful business information accessible and relevant to systems that search the web for answers, citations, and recommendations. Google, ChatGPT search, Grok, and Perplexity work differently. Clear services, credible proof, accurate details, and useful answers give them relevant material to find and customers something worth acting on.

ANSWERS
Useful, specific content
Foundational SEO still matters in Google’s AI search experiences. There is no special schema, secret code, or text file that guarantees inclusion. Custom code gives us flexibility; useful content, credible proof, and accessible pages create the foundation for discovery. Rankings and AI recommendations are never guaranteed.
Reported real-world discovery
This Isn’t Theory.
A website should not sit online like a business card. It should become part of how the business is found, understood, trusted, and contacted.
01 / Local service business
Owner-reported
Serpent Drain
The owner reports that Serpent Drain previously had no meaningful visibility through these search and AI discovery channels. After the website and visibility work, he began receiving more jobs and inquiries from people finding the company through AI and search. Clear service information, local relevance, emergency call paths, and service requests give those customers a useful next step.
Serpent also has its own custom mobile and web operations app, built around the business’s needs. The public website helps customers find and contact the company; the private app supports the operation behind it.
The owner recently signed on his first house, a personal milestone alongside the reported business growth. That is part of his broader journey, rather than a claim that the website alone bought a house.
Magpie has reported customers discovering the bakery through search and AI recommendations, then driving roughly one to two hours to visit. In one reported example, a customer said Grok recommended Magpie while they were using it in their Tesla, leading to a trip of about an hour and a half. This illustrates one route to discovery, without implying that FXXK controls Grok’s recommendations.
The owner also reports social growth from approximately 500 to approximately 8,000 followers and a broader menu. The owner reports an October 2026 storefront expansion to roughly two to three times its previous size as the bakery develops into a cafe.
These are separate parts of the business’s wider progress. The website supports the customer journey; it is not a claim that the website alone caused or financed every milestone.
An elevator manufacturing and design website built around capabilities, projects, and quote requests. The owner reports receiving six figure projects through the website. JV also has its own custom mobile and web operations app tailored to the business.
An insurance website built around audience education and a thoughtful intake journey. The team reports more than $500,000 in cumulative advertising spend since 2025 to direct leads to the website. A full rebrand and marketing campaign are in development.
Five website builds, each valued at approximately $12,000. A total of $60,000 in agency work, with the scope of each build shaped around the selected business.

The short version: yes, it is real; no, selection is not guaranteed; and no honest agency controls Google or an AI model.
Is this actually free?
Yes. I’m choosing five projects and providing each Website Grant scope without an agency fee. No purchase is required to apply, and applying does not obligate you to buy anything from FXXK Agency.
What does $60,000 in website grants mean?
Five selected projects will each receive a custom website valued at approximately $12,000, for $60,000 in total website grants. Each build includes the agreed strategy, planning, design, development, search architecture, conversion work, analytics readiness, and launch support. These are website services, not cash awards.
Do I need an existing business?
No. Established companies, early-stage businesses, and people preparing to launch are all welcome. A real commitment to the idea matters more than how old the company is.
Can I submit just an idea?
Yes. You do not need funding, a finished business plan, or an existing website. You do need enough clarity to explain what you want to build, who it helps, and why you believe it should exist.
Can I apply if I already have a website?
Yes. If the right move is a complete rebuild, your current site becomes useful context—not a disqualifier.
Can startups apply?
Absolutely. Pre-launch, newly launched, and operating startups can all apply.
Can local businesses apply?
Yes. Local service businesses, restaurants, shops, and professional practices are exactly the kinds of companies that can benefit from clearer positioning and stronger search infrastructure.
Can e-commerce businesses apply?
Yes. E-commerce concepts are welcome. The final scope still has to be realistic for one grant build, and that conversation happens with the selected applicant before work starts.
Do I have to pay FXXK Agency afterward?
No. There is no requirement to retain FXXK Agency after the included grant build. Any optional work or third-party operating cost outside the agreed scope would be discussed clearly before you choose it—never added by surprise.
How will the five projects be selected?
Personally and subjectively. I’m selecting five businesses or ideas I believe in and want to help build. This is not a random drawing and there is no rigid point system.
When will the five projects be selected?
Selection timing will be announced through FXXK Agency.
Can I submit more than one business?
Yes, if they are genuinely different businesses or ideas. Submit a separate, thoughtful pitch for each one rather than duplicate applications.
What if I am not selected?
There is no charge and no obligation. Your application remains private, and optional marketing consent is separate from the application itself.
Does SEO guarantee I will rank #1?
No. No legitimate agency can guarantee a number-one Google ranking. What I can build is the technical, structural, content, local-search, and entity foundation that gives search engines materially better information about the business.
Can you guarantee that ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, or another AI will recommend my company?
No. Nobody controls what a particular AI system recommends. The work is to make the business easier to understand: clear entities, services, locations, expertise, structured data, crawlable pages, and useful supporting content. That improves the foundation for discovery without making a dishonest promise.
